Learn to SPEAK UP and handle conflict in this workshop -- while still having fun!
What you will learn:​

Emotional Control -- Get tools to handle conflict without getting overwhelmed by trauma triggers, guilt and anxiety.

Communication -- Do a deep dive into communication skills to listen better and express yourself clearly.

Assertiveness -- Learn the steps to assertiveness, mistakes to avoid, and get real practice in a safe group environment.

Conflict Resolution -- Get tools to navigate disagreements in a logical way, learn how to de-escalate difficult conflicts, and get fun practice with the group (really!). ​​​​​

Meets once a week for 90 minutes
